This historical documentation complements the book “L’Italia e la Carta di Parigi della CSCE per una Nuova Europa (Italy and the CSCE Paris Charter for a New Europe)” by Amb. Antonio Armellini, based on the material kindly made available by the author.
Some documents are not in perfect condition, that is, they are underlined in some parts. This is due to the fact that they were working documents used by the Italian Delegation in Vienna for its work. Given that they are nevertheless perfectly legible, it was deemed appropriate to publish them. Indeed, they constitute important (although not official) sources which would be otherwise hard to find and thus have significant archival value for the purposes of historical and documentary research.
