Thanks to the initiative and financial support by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Central European Initiative (CEI) and the Adriatic and Ionian Initiative (AII) launched a new initiative “Active Young Citizens for Sustainable Development”
The project is designed to stimulate the engagement of the youth in the framework of the United Nations Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development and to raise awareness of high school students through a learning process and the participation in this Call.
The proposals can be submitted from 1 february to 31 March 2021 through the CEI website.
The initiative represents a concrete implementation of one of the priorities of the Italian 2019 CEI Presidency, also included in the Trieste Declaration adopted on 12 June 2019 by the CEI Foreign Ministers (adoption of an “Agenda for the young” and the implementation of initiatives dedicated to their active involvement in regional cooperation).
