In particular, it focuses on conflict prevention, arms control and confidence- and security-building measures in accordance with the commitments in the OSCE area.<\/p>\n<p>Qualified candidates from OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation countries, between 22 and 32 years old, are invited to apply.
